Lilypads School House hires dedicated educators interested in long-term growth to become a part of our community of wonderful teachers and families. Our extremely low teacher-children ratios make the position less stressful and more rewarding.

Teacher requirements are; Early Childhood Credentials/Degree, Montessori Certificate, or Infant/Toddlers Credential. Experience working with children (preferably 2-5 years experience), must be authorized to work in the U.S., and be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check (including criminal and fingerprint requirements), a reference check, a health screening, and a TB test.

All applicants should have a passion for teaching, a love for children, endless patience, a sense of humor, a can-do attitude, and a sunny disposition. The ideal candidate should be responsible, reliable, friendly, calm, creative, and flexible.
